Does this Mod allow me to interacting with objects inside the apartment?– Currently only can’t sit on the couch, the rest are fully functional. I have FPS drop issue with this Mod– All mod use NativeUI will have this issue, same as SPA.– Disable some Apartment you don’t need.– Disable MP map will increase some FPS, but every time you enter Apartments will need to wait a few seconds to load MP map, and wait a few seconds to load SP map.– To Disable MP map enable by default, change AlwaysEnableMPMaps “True” to AlwaysEnableMPMaps “False”, can be found in ‘setting.cfg’ file.– If you installed too much Vehicle MOD will affect game performance.– Google how to fix GTA 5 fps drop. Is this controller support?– Yes. Camera Stuck when trying to Enter Apartment.– Remove all Single Player Garage files. What version of the game is required?– Minimum 1.0.573.1. How to remove vehicle in Garage?– Enter your Garage, Go to the Blue Circle, and Press E to open Manage Vehicle Menu then select your vehicle, then select Remove Vehicle. Can I change Mechanic Key?– Yes, you can change in ‘SPATool.exe’ or ‘setting.cfg’ file. I can’t save vehicle into garage!– Try change CreateFileMethod “1” to “2” or “3”, can be found in ‘setting.cfg’ file.– Make sure you have latest Community ScriptHookVDotNet.– Try Run GTA5 As Administrator if you’re on Social Club, Run Steam as Administrator if you’re on Steam.– Try shut down or temporary disable your Anti-viruses and firewall.– If you have Unicode character in your Windows username or file path, either log in as a different user or rename the folder into Non-Unicode Character Folder. Because ScriptHookV doesn’t support Unicode Characters in the File Path.

While trying to save a vehicle, it replace existing vehicle instead of saving on another lot.– If the vehicle is spawn with a Trainer (Menyoo/Enhance Native Trainer), you need to change the number plate to something else. This is because the mod check if the number plates are same, it will replace your existing data.– Conclusion: Every car in your garage must have different number plates, otherwise it will replace each other. Apartment Not appear in Map, just a yellow destination marker, What to do?– If you are first time or update from previous version, Hit Insert(INS) key and the Apartments should appear now.
This is because system was creating a new file and migrate your data, but the Mod can’t locate the new file.– If you tried a few attempt still not working, create a new file in SinglePlayerApartment folder, name it “MySave.cfg” manually then paste the codes into the file. Could you integrate the possibility to buy the offices from the finance and felony update?– Nope, because those are offices and not apartment.
My saved vehicles spawn on top of each other while I get into my Garage– Open “SPATool.exe” then change “Refresh Garage Vehicles” to “False” or Open “setting.cfg” then change “RefreshGarageVehicles” to “False”. Does this Mod working in console?– Nope, unless your console’s Operating system is Windows.giggle.

However you can still perform this glitch to store them: drive to your garage exit your vehicle Press E Enter your vehicle Select your garage Press Enter/Return. Can I add more vehicles into the Vehicle Purchase Menu?– Can be add easily using SPATool.exe– Yes! Just follow the tutorial below:1.

Hi, I have a problem with this mod. Everything is fine except the garageI put 10 cars in the garage. But sometimes, the cars will fall from the roofin the end, a lot of cars just clustered thereI find the option you made which can disable the garage refreshing.
Well, that works, no more “additional” cars in the garage. But every time I start a new game, I cant even find one car in the garage. But when I press E in the blue blip, it indicates that the cars are still in there. Sowhat’s wrong?. I am trying to install SPA, and i DID install it all correctly with everything i need, but whenever i enter the game, it doesn’t have the apartments well, it DOES just they are not apartments, i cant buy them, and they are weird things called interiors. On the map they are white boxes, sort of like garages, but they dont have the point on top, and when you walk up to the blue circle all it says is press E to enter interior or something like that also, some of the interiors don’t have the blue circle you can walk on is this a common problem?
