Chrome has given me problems like this before, so I deleted everything relating to google off my computer, then installed chrome back. It fixed most things such as the 'forever loading history tab'. I guess it still doesn't work.–Jul 19 '12 at 20:40.

Every time I copy this on Windows from this SO page into some Chrome shortcut, some of the chars don't come out right.

This checkbox has been moved at least a couple times since this question was asked.
