Nova Skin Gallery - Minecraft Skins from NovaSkin Editor. For example, Jean-Baptiste has a white guy's head but still has his normal body. I've tried using Steam to verify the game cache but that didn't help. If anyone has a fix for this it would be much appreciated. Go into your New vegas folder Program Files - Steam - Steam Apps - Common - Fallout new vegas Look for a file called FalloutDefault.

I am having an issue with a common problem where dark and or bloody skinned npcs have stark white faces. Needless to say its is very jarring and irratating.

I can't take a white Jean Baptiste seriously.All over the internet I find only one suggestion: Go to fallout default ini and change bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=0 to bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1.That has been done several times with no fix. I saw a suggestion to make the ini files read only. Doing so has not changed my predicament for the better.
